The goal of the program is to have a dedicated workshop to create a collaborative and brainstorming atmosphere around key open issues at the frontiers between dark matter and neutrinos, and to train young students and researchers on these topics. It will take place at a very timely period when running measurements will have just delivered results. The intersection between results from Earth experiments and from astrophysics will be a major tool to push forward progress on crucial open issues at the junction between these two domains.
